Comments: Another long(ish) exposure, showing chefs at work in one of the many opulent shopping centres/complexes. This was a hand-held shot, hence the slight blurring of the foreground - it would have been better to have balanced the camera to eliminate camera shake and achieve a sharper focus on the food and counter area, but I'm still quite pleased with this one.
